My Story
I’m Wilson D’Souza, a Mortgage Agent Level 2 with Mortgage Architects.
For me, a mortgage is about more than finding a rate. It is about understanding your goals, your circumstances, and what you are trying to achieve.
I help clients navigate a wide range of mortgage needs, including home purchases, first time home buying, refinancing, debt consolidation, mortgage renewals and switches, investment properties, self employed financing, construction financing and alternative mortgage solutions.
My approach is simple. I listen first, understand the situation, explain the available options clearly, and help you develop a mortgage strategy that fits your needs.
I’m backed by Mortgage Architects, an established national mortgage brokerage and part of Dominion Lending Centres Group. Through this network, I have access to more than 50 lending institutions, giving me the ability to explore different mortgage options based on your circumstances and current lending guidelines.
This gives my clients the strength of a national mortgage network while allowing me to maintain a personal, client focused approach.
I serve clients across the GTA, Oakville, Mississauga, Trenton and the Quinte area, using modern digital tools to make the mortgage process convenient while keeping personal advice at the centre of the experience.
I also believe success should be used to help others. Giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that help fight hunger is an important part of my personal purpose.
